Ce n'était pas plus simple de mettre les 2 rails lineaires du même côté (soit en haut et en bas des profilés alu soit les 2 en face comme celui du bas) ?
@Snorky : plus facile je ne sais pas. j'ai fait comme cela pour que l'effort (poids de la broche /effort en plongée)soit supporter dans deux axes differents

Idefixes I love the direction you are going, I'm in the process of some redesign as well. I also noticed that the 8mm linear bars are quite flexible I am probably going to MG12 for the Z and HG15 for the X axis I may also change from a C-profile on the x axis to a 60mmx120mm rectangular/ box profile. I do notice some flex due to the C profile being made with multiple pieces, during a strong Y-motion. On the Z Axis the one main feature I am trying to add in now is a tramming plate for the Z Axis.
As for the ESP 32 controller, I've moved to the 6 pack universal module with DM556t drivers. The TMC 5160's and 2130's just weren't able to push the current ( good note to anyone who is considering these ) I still haven't gone spindle but have added a SuperPID controller to my Makita 701.

For the X i plan to add one or two more C-beam. Up to time i have my plane is to buy linear motion and ball screw for X before and than to change both linear motion and profile on Y.
Dernière evo en date en ajoutant le moteur du Z. Le passage nema 17 vers nema 23 doit pouvoir se faire avec la même plaque support par simple retournement, imposé par l'épaulement rond sur le nema 23. Je vais plancher là-dessus. Je vais voir pour intégrer un systeme de tension à vis de la courroie
Petit travail sur la fixation du moteur Z. On peut passer du nema17au nema23 en retournant la plaque support du moteur. J'ai ajouter un système pour tendre la courroie
On passe coté axes Y
C'est vrai qu'il n'y a plus grand chose de la TopCNC Heavy mais pour moi il reste l'élement emblematique de cette dernière : L'axe X fait de un 2080 et de deux 2060 ainsi que les deux Y axe interior top R et L
c'est la mega heavy juste une amelioration comme entre la normal et la heavy ^^
IDEFIXES my thoughts were similar, to yours to mount the X axis to the top of the Y rails. Its looking good
