TopsCNC Heavy Metal
Description
Here is the "Heavy Metal" version of the TopsCNC. This version continues the line of DIY CNC machines that I share, but it is designed to offer even more rigidity and performance thanks to a structure made of larger aluminum profiles and more precise guiding components (ball screws / ball slides).
💡 Tip: this project is relatively expensive.
If you have no experience assembling this type of machine, or if you are not sure you can complete the project on your own, I strongly recommend starting with more affordable projects like my TopsCNC V1, which is simpler for beginners and still functional.
In this project, I also decided to integrate my aluminum profile table. If you choose to build your own table (in wood, steel, etc.), you can definitely adapt the dimensions and components.
