Es wäre nett, wenn du Englisch schreiben würdest. Du bist auf Französisch Boden und hier ist Englisch schon eine Zumutung. Mit Deutsch werden wir aus dem Forum rausgeworfen ... 😂

ok, surely in english.
Have you also provided a dust extractor?
It was on the lower part of the old Z-axis.
Thanks for the data.
I also thought about it for a long time with the vacuum cleaner and I found this.

This is what the suction looks like. It's not mine and is really only suitable for wood. I think that's enough in most cases.
Merhaba Kamil Bey beni de fusion 360 grubuna ekleyebilir misiniz? teşekkür erderim. uzeyirilden@gmail.com
Hi Kamil thanks for your job.
Could you add me please : socorro@free.fr
Thanks
Hi Kamil,
This thread was fascinating to read! I'm curious to see your Fusion 360 project file as I do use that software. I'm definitely considering moving to ball screw on my X axis at the very least to mitigate backlash and deflection on the gantry.
Would you mind adding me? localizethis @ hotmail.com
Thanks!

@JR what's bending for you? Have read about it on the forum, but I do not know exactly what really bends there in the X axis?
Hi Kamil,
Thanks for the invite!
On X+ and X- movement, there can be excess vibration and deflection at certain cutting speeds. This tends to happen more on contouring and I end up with jagged edges along the sides of my part. Nothing major, but I'm a bit of a perfectionist. My machine is on 1000mm X 1000mm profiles, which doesn't help either given the length of the 8mm trapezoidal screw which tends to be prone to some wobble and backlash.
The ball screw will help stiffen and stabilize the gantry, but I also have a stretch goal of switching to linear rails on my X axis as well, given that plastic wheels inherently have play in them.
These vibrations, is it only with aluminum or also with wood?
