Both ball bearings on the drive side KP000 and 6000zz have 10mm, the bearing 608zz on the operating side has 8mm inside. This is sfu1204 standard.
I advise against taking 12mm ball bearings. First, the Sfu1204 is not quite 12mm, it would wobble. Secondly, you could hurt the spindle and in the worst case, make it defective.
Remember, this is a plastic cnc. If you make nema24, you have to redraw and reinforce everything. Whether this then fits on 235x235 printer, I'm not sure but you can try. My next cnc will be made of aluminum. Since I will consider whether I take stronger motors. But so far the cnc is top.
Hell Kamil, do you mind sharing your project
My Email is: mdsvdm@gmail.com

Hell mdsvdm... 😂
You have a mail
Hi Kamil, may you send me in fusion file just the 2 Y-axis_top_interior (left end rigth)? Or just one and i mirror it : marc(dot)gautsch(arobase)free(dot)fr
Thanks Marc
Do you mean this one? I haven't changed it. You can take the original from Topsie.
Hi Kamil yes this one. Topsie one is a .STL file and give nothing "smart" when i use it in Freecad as you can see in the picture below
https://youtu.be/QkhGD_etpL8
In the video I show how to make a body from STL. It's very simple, if you don't understand something ask, I'll try to help. That brings more than every time ask if someone makes you that...
See if you got a mail with the file in the box.
Hi Kamil,
I made the .STEP you see above from an .STL. I take this way evry time i need to mesure some distance. So i will redrawn under freecad my own part it will be more simple and will provide me a exercice
I have made you *. f3z. I thought you have fusion360 by now....
Should I *. step? Maybe it will work this time.
Hi Kamil I have fusion on computer but i work with Freecad as it is free and due the latest fusion limitations they introduce. Why fusion than for this file : so i can put origine where i need. Instead .step for my use will perfect do the job. If i need to do some arrangement i will redrawn the part under freecad
