Modified TopsCNC from Germany 🇬🇧
Hallo
Ich habe eine Version TopsCNC Heavy 23 mit einem linearen Glet-Lager hergestellt. Bessere Steifigkeit, höhere Genauigkeit. Ich benutze eine 1,5 kW Vierkantspindel mit Luftkühlung. Daher ist die Frontplatte etwas anders. Außerdem habe ich eine SFU 1204 Kugelumlaufspindeleinstellung vorgenommen und Nema 23 für die Z-Achse installiert.

Thank you Kamil! I going to carve and cut primely wood. Do you think the Servos have enough power for this purpose or would you recommend normal Stepper mit the same Driver as you have on the Z-Axis?
That's a question I can't answer for you. I will convert my machine to normal stepper motors. And I will reinforce the feet. But now I have other things to do.
Maybe you can do another video as a review of using the Machine over past 3 years with Pros ans cons. Of course if you got time. I think some of us will be very intrested in that.

I have converted my cnc to normal stepper motors. They are much more powerful than the sevo motors, but they do lose steps. Although good drivers and shielded cables. So everyone should decide for themselves...

Ich habe alles zuhaue liegen, und wollte die Teile fertig drucken. Leider habe ich die Dateien nicht mehr :(
