Modified TopsCNC from Germany 🇬🇧

26 Oct 2020 09:18

Hallo

if you can't use this completely, tell me what exactly you need.

Thank you very much Kamil

I look tomorrow at work if I can open it and I tell you if it's ok

I could like that adapt the parts and look at the lengths which it takes in particular for the endless screws according to the dimension of the cnc that I would make.

Nice day

Since the SFU1204 is standardized, you can always take the side with the thread, the side without thread you must adapt to the length of your machine. You can also take the parts from the X axis for all axes. I made these later when I realized that the Y axis parts were too long for the X axis.

Did you download the file? If not, give me your email address and I will give you permission.

I also installed fusion 360 I had not seen that it was free so if it does not work in .step maybe if you want to send me your study coming directly from fusion 360.

I have opened the .step with Fusion, everything is ok except for the spindle. But I can also give you the original data.

Hello Kamil nice improvement! What is length of ballscrews in your setup? From the pictures I understand that SFU1204 are same length as profile rails for both x and y axis and have standard machining (15+39 mm in the front and 10 mm in the back). Is that correct? Thanks!

Is standard Sfu1204. The length of the spindle is approximately equal to the aluminum profiles. In my case 750 x 750 for both axes X and Y.

Hello Kamil,

I opened the .step file under catia but the file was empty.

I think the best if you want it would be to pass me the assembly and associated parts of fusion 360 (as I installed yesterday)

thank you
