Modified TopsCNC from Germany 🇬🇧

26 oct. 2020 09:18

Hallo

Hi Kamil,

I finally assembled the linear z axis but the spindle mount is missing at least from the version i downloaded some time ago.

In summary, can you please also give me access so i can grab what is missing? Thank you,

Anthony

Thanks kamil, printing now :)

also what do you think of using anti-backlash nut block instead of brass nut?

@trgraglia

I have deliberately not published the spindle holder because everyone has to make it to suit their own machine. I invited you.

@Verve

I know Anti spiel Mutter only in plastic. What is usually sold as an anti-backlash nut is a brass nut with a spring and an additional nut. But it is exactly the same as a normal brass nut. It just moves harder, but the play is still the same. And plastic is not suitable for CNC.

Thank you @Kamil. Although to be honest, I did not receive an email and also checked spam. Are you sending an attachment or just shared from fusion direct?

Can you send it again? As for the spindle. I indeed designed and printed my own. It was very straight forward. Now I am thinking about dust collection. ;)

I share the complete Fusion 360 drawing. It is deposited on Box.com.

The drawing is made up of original parts from Topsie and parts from me for linear slide bearing, normal T8 screw and ball screw. Since it is made up of many files, you need to check that the part is really flat on the printer before printing. Otherwise it will print in the air....

What spindle do you have? If it's the same as mine, I found a nice extractor on the net.

If the file has *.zip extension, you need to make it *.f3d.

I invited you again. If that does not work, send me another mail address.

Found it Kamil! Thank you! I had not been notified that it was in box but after logging in, it is there.
