is the design complete 100%? is there something missing

The most important parts are included. What is missing are the optical switches for x and y axis, the cable guide and maybe a few small parts. One Y axis is T8 the other SFU1204. So everyone can decide what to use. The drawing is about the modifications. The standard parts were provided by Topsie, where I also got them. I put this drawing together to have an idea where what belongs. And then I started to modify it for my needs. The optical switches and the round spindle mount I only set at Thingiverse, was easier that way. If you take the time, you will find everything in the Chat.

When I load Platte_X_Front_Unten.stl into Prusa Slicer, it appears to be at a very slight angle. You need to tell the slicer to lay it flat before slicing. I didn't notice until it was printed because I slice via command line so maybe this comment will save someone 8 hours. ;)

Yes... The whole drawing is a bit twisted. It is 1° I think. I have not been able to align it.

But hey! If you can't use the sliser, you don't deserve the 3d parts.😁

In Cura you have to click on the marked field and then on the surface that should be at the bottom. Done!

Are you happy with your Servomotors, are they providing sufficient power for your CNC? the torq is a lot less than a stepper for same size.
