Is an Anti Backlash Nut needed? 🇬🇧

I have looked at many CNC designs and they all seem to use an Anti-Backlash nut on the lead screws.  What are your thoughts on this?

Here is one as an example - little pricey however. Aliexpress has them cheaper.

Hi Dewalt Guy, no there is actually no need for one, I remember Tops saying he designed certain parts to have friction for control of the backlash.

Topsie is using a standard t-nut with a 3d printed tnut on the other side sandwiching together to create friction and eliminate backlash (I believe if I am remembering his assembly video right)

Perfect thank for reply.  I saw he using the printer tnut on the backside.  Make sense how that would provide the friction.
