Modified TopsCNC from Germany 🇬🇧
Hallo
Ich habe eine Version TopsCNC Heavy 23 mit einem linearen Glet-Lager hergestellt. Bessere Steifigkeit, höhere Genauigkeit. Ich benutze eine 1,5 kW Vierkantspindel mit Luftkühlung. Daher ist die Frontplatte etwas anders. Außerdem habe ich eine SFU 1204 Kugelumlaufspindeleinstellung vorgenommen und Nema 23 für die Z-Achse installiert.

Hi kamil i have the file thanks. I must see how to get it perfect square to axes as in your file it have à slight angle (about 2-4° on X axis)
Do I see that correctly? You want to move the X axis on only one rail? Or do you have another one below?
Kamil It's Ok, i manage to rotate slightly the part and for what i need it's perfect. I need to modify it so i will redrawn it. With your file i have be abble to detect issue in my construction. Thanks.

If you want to convert to linear drive and Sfu1204, you have to reprint the whole Z axis.
