what is your working area here ? 60 x 60cm ?
Hey guys I'm married - so no way I can use my CNC in the living room 😂 (happy wife - happy life)
The living room was just the only place big enough to get the CNC assembled.
I did use standard 100 cm aluminium profiles from Motedis (cheapest solution) which will finally provide a usable working area of aroud 80 x 80 cm.
And no, I did not use Nema 23 steppers. I did choose a Nema 17 with a max torque of 65Nm. Here is the link
All simulation tests worked fine. Now I will transfer the CNC to a workshop and will start some real cutting.
