Printing my Heavy Nema 23 parts now and starting to order some hardware. I would like to know what the length of the X and Y Axis extrusions are as in the video. I plan on mostly cutting wood/plastic/etc with occasional aluminum. I know that the longer the Axis is, then you might have more flex when milling. Since Topsie's video shows the machine cutting some aluminum, I assume that he knows just how long the Axis can be without introducing a lot of flex. The parts list simply says Aluminum extrusions of the length you want/need. Also wondering if anyone has produced a hardware list needed for the screws/tnuts,lengths required to order? Thanks in advance for any info provided and really looking forward to getting this system up and running.
Just noticed SNORKYS build and a several of my previous questions were answered in his build. Thanks SNORKY. This will definetly help with my build.
😊 thanks !
