I built me the cnc heavy and when I move the z-axis up the lead screw lifts up out the the carrier.  I was just going to put a collet on the lead screw but I was wondering why in the design there isn't something to address this or did I miss something on the design. I re-watched the build video and didn't see anything different than what I did.  Thanks
